By accessing or using CollabHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CollabHub. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts registered on behalf of minors by parents or guardians are subject to the same terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CollabHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
You agree not to use CollabHub to post false, misleading, or fraudulent collab requests; harass, threaten, or harm other users; upload malware or any harmful code; scrape or data-mine the platform without written permission; impersonate any person or entity; or violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
CollabHub provides a platform for creators to discover collaboration opportunities. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any collaboration. All agreements between creators are made independently of CollabHub. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from collaborations arranged through the platform.
CollabHub offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion and generally not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
All content, branding, and code comprising CollabHub is owned by CollabHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant CollabHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CollabHub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollabHub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CollabHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
